Description (partial)

Symptom:
Packets > = 72 with destination UDP 8472 (no real VXLAN) and matching a valid ethertype in the payload portion of the UDP header will be dropped. Probability of a real data payload matching this is very less

(Match offset should be at 21st byte of the payload.

Conditions:
No Real Vxlan header but using UDP port 8472 and payload 21st byte matching a well known ethertype
