Description (partial)

Symptom:
ECE live chat.Duplicated messages from Agent if customer refresh chat page in between

Conditions:
1.Initiate a chat and wait for assign to the Agent.
2. Once Agent receives the chat and start typing, refresh the customer page.
3. Duplicate message appears at Customer end.
