Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone Type( and Protocol) information missing in Phone Migration page.

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path Device->Phone. From Find and List Phones page, select any Phone that already exists in the system.
3)Select Phone Migration element from Related Links drop down box. 
4)In Phone Migration page, select "This Page" link from Help menu.

Phone Type(and Protocol) information is missing. screen shots attached for reference.

Further, the help page content must notify administrator Phone Migration can be done either with the selection of Phone Template or Phone Type(and Protocol) by selecting corresponding radio button and that MAC Address also needs to be selected.
