Symptom: FI FC uplinks can flap if fabric-interconnect run out of available rx-b2b due to slow drain blade/integrated server. This flap can occur on both side of the fabric Conditions: This could happen when a blade crashes for any given reason and causes PECI bus lock up i.e. ESXi or RHEL UCS 6332 UCSM 4.0(4e) B200-M5 B200-M4 Package 3.2.3 or 4.0.4
