Symptom: CuCsMgr Crashes dump if TLS handshake fails continuously due to Incorrect Cert Config , Once this keeps on happening Continuously , Vmsize and Vmdata reaches 4 GB and CuCsMgr Crashes and Recovers back on its own. Conditions: Secure Phone System with Incorrectly Configured Certificates Customer has multiple phone Systems Out of which all of them were Non-Secure and Only 1 was Secure that was used for testing purpose. This only Secure Phone System was not working at all due to Incorrectly Configured Configured Certificates and Customer did not pay attention that this was not working at all , Due to this Misconfig a Very rare situation arose where Secure TLS was failing continuously due to bad certificates and SIP OPTIONS message configured at SIP trunk on CUCM was continuously sending request towards Unity for this Phone System and all of those requests were failing leading to TLS HandShake failure This situation continued on System for 20 days or upto 1 months and Vmsize and Vmdata continued to grow and reached 4 GB its threshold value for Process and caused CuCsMgr to Crash , After Crash CuCsMgr Recovers back on its own.
