Symptom:
All existing Wireless related release notes and documentation that cover support for COS APs need to be updated reflecting that COS APs DO NOT support IGMPv3.  This applies to AireOS, Mobility Express, C9800, and EWC releases.

Conditions:
- This documentation update is applicable to ALL documents in which COS APs are supported
- This limitation is only pertaining to COS APs
- IOS APs support IGMPv3
