Description (partial)

Symptom:
Glean ARP (0xfff2, 239.255.255.240) flood is stopped on the transit leaf switch and is not delivered toward all the leaf switches in the fabric. Thus, silent host discovery does not work.

Conditions:
This issue occurs with a stretched Cisco ACI fabric or multipod, and any-to-any redirect is enabled with the default filter in the endpoint VRF table.
