Description (partial)

Symptom:
When ESC is deployed in AA configuration, a deployment leveraging script will fail when the script is downloaded from the leader node over https.

The condition can be confirmed by examining the mona.log which surface a download failure log similar to this example:

2020-03-11 16:52:11.250 [http-nio-127.0.0.1-8090-exec-1] Error downloading URL: [https://db.service.consul:8251/vnfpkgm/v1/ext/vnf_packages/b98b406a-d023-4ff4-9a31-7f141760922b/artifacts/Files/Scripts/esc_vpc_chassis_id.py] to temp file: [/tmp/custom-script-b234efa8-8374-40ec-8765-2f66c6020e0c]. Pass to ProcessBuilder without downloading: java.security.cert.CertificateException: No name matching db.service.consul found

Conditions:
Perform a deployment (e.g ETSI VNFD) that leverages custom script based operations where the script is maintained on the leader ESC and accessed via https.
