Description (partial)

A staros VPC-DI system is provisioned with various methods to retrieve logs or interact with the VM:
-serial0 console (accessible via virsh console [virsh id]), or via openstack instance logs in horizon)
-serial1 console (accessible via virsh console [virsh id] serial1 on systems that provisioned a second serial)
-kvm/vga console (accessible via openstack/vmware instance console)

The serial0 console should output the 'debug console' messages of the VM. This is happening after initial deployment of the VM. But a subsequent reboot of the VM causes this logging to stop. Only a small subset of the initial boot messages are shown:
