Symptom:
Leak in adjmgr process can cause unexpected reload. Following logs will be seen.

Conditions:
There is no particular trigger. Learning adjacency on active supervisor can be a trigger. Leak wont have immediate impact but it will grow over time. Issue is seen on EOR platform.
