Description (partial)

After wireless clients is associated with day-zero AireOS mobility express controller by using controller default broadcasted CiscoAirProvision WPA2-PSK SSID.
Accessing http:// gets no response.
It is expected http:// is accessible and can be accessed to do the day-zero provision of controller.

1)Power up the fresh AireOS mobiltity express controller(like AP1562E, IW6300H, AP1850E ME controller) which is loaded with software build, make sure AP's uplink interface is either down or connected to external switch but there is none of DHCP server configured on the external network, thus it forces to use ME internal default DHCP server.

2) After a few minutes, Connect the Wi-Fi-enabled laptop to the CiscoAirProvision SSID advertised by the AP using Wi-Fi. After the laptop is associated.

Now from the client web browser side, try to open URL, but it gets no response, this URL inaccessible failure will prevent user to do the day-zero provision of controller through wireless.
