Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a Cisco DNA Center user uses a backslash in the username, after logging in, the user is unable to view most UI tabs. If the user clicks on any tab, it breaks the UI.

Conditions:
This was observed with any username that contains the backslash character "\".  This can be for a local user, or any externally authenticated user specifying a specific domain, for example, domain\user.  This issue is seen when logging in using a domain name: "domain\username".  This issue is seen when creating and logging in using a local Cisco DNA Center username:"test\test".
