Description (partial)

Symptom:
A vulnerability in Cisco Webex Meetings Client for MacOS could allow an authenticated, local attacker to edit files and folders in the installation directory tree.

The vulnerability is due to insecure default file privileges. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by log into a multi-user MacOS environment and alter files and folders in the default installation directory tree of an affected application. An exploit could allow the attacker to alter any file within the targeted directory tree, possibly leading to further attacks against the other MacOS system users.
