Description (partial)

In the SYN packets going through CEDGE, MSS value doesn't get changed as per tunnel's manually configured TCP MSS. Manual config shows up in the config and "show" command outputs but has no effect.

When TCP MSS value is manually configured (via CLI, or CLI template, or feature template)
