Symptom:
SBL icon goes missing because of the Windows feature Automatic Restart Sign-On (ARSO)<https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/identity/ad-ds/manage/component-updates/winlogon-automatic-restart-sign-on--arso-> enabled. This Windows preference is off by default but certain Windows 10 update enables this feature by default causing issues for SBL.

Windows feature Automatic Restart Sign-On (ARSO) is enabled on Windows 10
