Description (partial)

Symptom:
Packet Drops / Error are seen from WAN to LAN if traffic rate is above 50Mbps

Conditions:
When inject traffic rate above 50Mbps, bursts of errors are experienced in just one directions (from WAN to LAN).  No errors are seen on the other direction (from LAN to WAN).

If rate is up to 50Mbps (symmetric) no errors are experienced.

Packet size: 600 bytes
Protocol: UDP

Traffic shaping is configured for 220Mbps.  However even w/o any shaping configured the problem persists.

Firmware Version: 1.0.03.16

Test Hardware: RV340 and Viavi 5800
