Description (partial)

DHCP discover or request received on a L2 vlan (no SVI for this vlan on the switch) is getting relayed by another vlan where an SVI is configured.
This can result in endpoints getting an ip assigned from a wrong pool.

- DHCP discover/request received on L2 vlan
- DHCP discover/request wrongly relayed on a different vlan which has an SVI
- The above two conditions are not a guarantee that this bug will be hit. This is a corner case issue which results from a port misprogramming. Confirmation that this issue is being hit will likely require assistance from TAC.
