Description (partial)

Symptom:
The portgroup created in vCenter due to the L3out's floating SVI configuration will present the following security settings:
- Promiscuous mode: Reject
- MAC address changes: Reject
- Forged transmits: Reject

+ Such settings are not modifiable from vCenter's GUI (not supported), as they will revert back to the configuration pushed by the APIC

L3out configured with floating SVI
