Symptom:
Disjoint LSPs do not come up due to "no path found", manual CLI also confirms this:

#show pce ipv4 cspf-sr-mpls source SRC1 destination DST1 metric-type igp disjoint-path source SRC2 destination DST2  disjointness-type node strict

Iterations: 32
CSPF result: No path (rc=7)

Conditions:
PCE computing disjoint path for RSVP/SR LSPs.
