Description (partial)

Symptom:
When dragging the Webex Meetings client between screens with different scaling, all displays freeze. The webcam video continues to display if open, but it rapidly toggles between different sizes.

Conditions:
Multiple screens set up on a Windows computer, with different scaling settings applied to different screens.
