Symptom:
Error message displayed:
"You have been disconnected, please use your video system to reconnect or connect to audio, using a phone or computer"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start meeting via meetingclient
2. Join audio via call my device
3. Connects then automatically disconnects after a few seconds
4. Error message

Conditions:
Versions lower than  WBS39.11.0, WBS39.5.20
