Description (partial)

Symptom:
Problem Details: When clicking approve from approval email and also when changing user profile language (sometimes), user is shown a "Error Map: Security Thread Detected" error and they have to refresh the page to get the issue to go away, assuming this is giving them a new session token.
We can replicate this issue over and over from approval task email scenario.

More details:
Issue:
There is an existing browser session opened (Tab #1) sitting idle longer than the session time out (ex: 30 minutes). When user click on the approval email, the browser open the approval page in the second tab. The user will get the error message ?security thread detected?. Even though the user perform the action only a few second after the approval page is launched, it treated the page as expired because it used the session time out since the time the first browser tab.

If user has all browsers closed and the email link open up a brand new browser, user will get a fresh new session and will not encounter the error.

We need the solution to let user perform approval even if they already have existing browser session opened.
