Description (partial)

Symptom:
A Supervisor 4 randomly resets. 

The show system reset-reason for the affected supervisor shows the reset reason as:

Reason: Kernel Panic
</pre>

The following syslog message about 'device sdb4' may be logged:
<pre>
%KERN-2-SYSTEM_MSG: [1294828.221287] EXT3-fs error (device sdb4): ext3_get_group_desc: Group descriptor not loaded - block_group = 0, group_desc = 0, desc = 0 - kernel
</pre>

Conditions:
This issue only applies to MDS 9700 Supervisor 4 module (DS-X97-SF4-K9).
