Description (partial)

IM&P XCP Config Manager Logs show the following error as reported by RTMT Alerts repeatedly:

"PNS: HTTP error 503 encountered: Gateway Error - Generic error device push service."

When Push Notification failed, the ConfigMgr generates 503 error, the log should print out the response phrase and other information in order to support the customer and decide whether the error is from the customer premise, Cisco Webex Cloud or Apple Cloud.
