Description (partial)

Symptom:
If the primary CUCM "which is configured in the Directory Integration" is not reachable by CWMS , when try to press on Directory Integration button  "Under Users tab" , it takes long time to be opened and some time it is not opened .

Conditions:
Primary CUCM is not reachable .
