Description (partial)

Symptom:
Emergency Location (ELIN) Group not updated when Phone Migration is performed

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path Device->Phone. From Find and List Phones page, select 9971 Phone that already exists in the system.
This Phone has Emergency Location (ELIN) Group configured.
3)Select Phone Migration element from Related Links drop down box. Select Phone Type option and 8861 model followed by providing MAC Address.
4)Post the Migration, for 8861 Model, Emergency Location (ELIN) Group is not updated and is shown as <None>.
Ideally as Emergency Location (ELIN) Group was configured for 9971 Phone, post migration to 8861 Phone, as functionality is supported, Emergency Location (ELIN) Group must be populated.
