Symptom: When message rate limiting is not configured on DRA, a high CCR-I/CCR-T burst (10K TPS) leads to binding discrepancies. Bindings are created with incorrect SRK and AARs are routed to incorrect PCRF resulting in 5065 errors. Conditions: This issue occurs when message rate-limiting is not configured on DRA and a high CCR-I/CCR-T burst occurs.
