Description (partial)

Symptom:
Large number of LRRs seen in UCS FI FC interface. 
This causes the UCS Fabric Interconnect Fibre Channel Port to become unusable:

Conditions:
Issue seen with UCS 6332-16UP Switched Mode Direct Attached to Fibre Channel Storage unit.
LR/LRR behavior can make any UCS FI link to become unusable.
