Symptom: Agent goes to Not Ready-Wrap Up Timer Expiry. Conditions: Agent receives two calls at the same time, one is an ACD call and another a Non-ACD call on IPCC line. The call answered is the Non-ACD call and the ACD call is a Ring no answer.
