Description (partial)

Symptom:
When running an EEM applet, where a python script should be called as an action, the python script may never get killed by EEM timeout.

This would apply for very long python script (in term of execution time), or for infinite loop/deadlock scenario.
All the subsequent EEM actions will be delayed/may never be taken.

Conditions:
EEM running on device with action calling python script.
