Symptom: "Add failed. null" error at Universal device template page Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - user management - user/phone add 1. Page layout preference - click on Universal Device Template - click hide all - save it 2. Now go to Universal Device Template - add new - fill the details - click save. Getting Add failed. null message. Have attached the snap. Kindly look into it.
