Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the active SUP crashes the standby SUP cannot take over, it will experience CPUHOG and finally will reload due to Watchdog timeout.
Below logs might be found in the IOS crashinfo file on the standby SUP:

Conditions:
Unknown at this moment. It is hard to identify the condition, but it is related to VDOC configuration, there is no this issue if this feature is not configured.
