Description (partial)

Symptom:
Whenever Outlook was open and then if the customer clicked on schedule on Desktop App it comes up with the appointment window instead of adding personal room details
But when Outlook is closed and the customer clicks on Schedule on Desktop App it opened Webex Scheduler page in Outlook.

Conditions:
Affected Desktop app version: 40.1.6.28, 40.1.8.5.
