Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUBE is not passing the + sign in SIP PAI header which was received in an incoming invite to outgoing invite. 
Due to which it's not able to do calling party transformation.

When incoming invite has "P-Asserted-Identity: <tel:+1111111>" , cube sends it in outgoing invite like "Contact: <sip:1111111@10.77.34.114:5060>" + sign is removed and the " tel: " is getting changes to " sip: " .
