Description (partial)

Symptom:
Prefix-SID of BGP-LU prefix is unexpectedly replaced with Dynamic pop  label.
BGP LU swap entry is replaced by pop  entry.

Conditions:
The affected device, which is an ASBR, has learned prefix-SID labels of other domains with BGP-LU.
- When an RP switchover occurs in the affected device, prefix-SID is unexpectedly replaced by Dynamic pop Label after an RP switchover.
- after some config triggers like neighbor label unicast address family removal/add
- ebgp multi-hop mpls removal, etc.
