Last Modified

Aug 28, 2020

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express

Known Affected Releases

12.0(1)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Getting the following error if we try to save a new report definition after changing some fields

"The Report Definition fields are not matching with the query. Please edit the query and save Report Definition to regenerate the fields."

Conditions:
CUIC 12.0.1.10000-48 with latest COP 7

Steps to reproduce:

1) Uploaded the Stock Reports and is using the "Agent Team Not Ready Historical" as example
2) Customer "save as" the report with a different name as well as copy the Report Definition with a different name
3) Then the customer opens the new report definition and inside the query, he modifies any of the Reason Codes (in our example 50002) with 1002 (custom)
4) There are 7 lines that we get updated manually
5) Once he click next and checks the fields, we do see the new information of reason code 1002
6) If we try to save the Report Definition after the changes, we get the error "The Report Definition fields are not matching with the query. Please edit the query and save Report Definition to regenerate the fields."
