Cisco Bug: CSCvt25295 - Getting output "There are no active network orchestration sessions" on LAN Automation status page

Last Modified

Jun 16, 2020

Products (1)

  • Cisco DNA Center

Known Affected Releases

DNAC1.3.0.5

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When attempting to start a LAN Automation session for a stack of switches in Cisco DNA Center, the error "There are no active network orchestration sessions" may appear on the page. The stack may be successfully onboarded, but no progress shows on the LAN Automation page, appearing to be stuck in the Initialized state. Also if the LAN Automation status page is closed and open again, it may still show "There are no active network orchestration sessions." This behavior can impact customer operations, as the page does give the option to stop the LAN Automation there in the GUI, and no new LAN Automation processes can be started.

Conditions:
This was observed in Cisco DNA Center 1.3.0.5.
