Description (partial)

As of Cisco DNA Center, the device level CLI credential is set when device is discovered or on-boarded through LAN Automation. After a device is provisioned, its CLI credential does not get changed when the password is changed at the global level (for the same userid). The user has to either do a rediscovery of the devices or do a bulk edit when they update the CLI credentials that Cisco DNA Center uses to access devices. This should also apply in large scale deployment with distributed ISE PSN nodes where the client/client AAA servers are configured at the site level.
