Symptom:
Customer is unable to modify account as "Change plan" button is not available at subscription page on Control Hub

Conditions:
Control hub validates that the original user still existed to generate the change order url. If the e-mail has changed and initial buyer is no longer present at CI database, the Change Plan button is not available
