Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unlabelled route in RIB that has a label in OSPF/ISIS

Conditions:
OSPF Route with multiple paths, A backup route from another protocol (BGP/ISIS/OSPF)
One path is removed (ex due to the remote interface going down)
The route then shows as having no local label in "show route <> detail" despite there being multiple labels in the local label list, with the one that matches the route shown last:
