Description (partial)

Unable to use special characters for the call pickup group on Jabber for windows.

Symptom:
Only numbers (0-9) is enterable for call pickup group. Other special characters  including asterisk (*), Uppercase/Lowercase characters (A-Z, a-z), Period (.), Hyphen (-), Underscore (_) and Tilde (-) are not available.  

The call pickup history also doesn't working for call pickup.

Conditions:
Only numbers (0-9) is enterable for the call pickup group on the Jabber for Windows.
Other Special characters is non-enterable.  

- Test Environment
CUCM 12.5.1 / IM&P 12.5.1
Jabber for iPhone 12.8(0)
Jabber for iPad 12.8(0)
Jabber for Windows 11.7(2), 12.0(1), 12.5(1), 12.8(0)

- Test results
Jabber for iPhone & Jabber for iPad is working fine. 
asterisk (*) is enterable &  Pickup History for call-pickup is available 

Jabber for Windows:
11.7(2) asterisk (*) is enterable & Pickup History for call-pickup is available .
12.0(1) asterisk (*) is enterable & Pickup History for call-pickup is available 
12.5(1) asterisk (*) is non-enterable but Pickup History for call-pickup is available 
12.8(0) asterisk (*) is non-enterable & Pickup History for call-pickup is not available
