Description (partial)

Symptom:
Interface state changes and host-name changes cause AAA to re-authenticate hosts on a vedge100.

Conditions:
Pushing the configuration through vManage. The hash for the secret-key will be changed with every push causing any changed pushed from vManage to trigger the dot1x to re-authenticate. 

If changes are made through the CLI, this issue should not bee seen.
