Symptom:
Enterprise user is converted to free Webex Teams user,?Jabber team messaging mode remains enabled and user cannot log into on-premise Jabber as they are redirected to Webex.

Conditions:
Enterprise user with Jabber team messaging mode enabled is converted to free user.
