Symptom: The customer is unable to see upcoming meetings in his desktop app, he is receiving the following error : We've hit a glitch in connecting to the webex service. Try again later Webex Site URL: lplfinancial.webex.com Mac OS: Catalina 10.15.2 and High Sierra. Desktop app: version 188.8.131.52 Outlook version: 2016 (16.3.2) Conditions: 1) Error Messages : We've hit a glitch in connecting to the webex service. Try again later 2) Date and time issue occurred : Since the customer updated his mac to Catalina.
