Description (partial)

When triggering NMAP manual scan under Work Centers>Profiler>Manual Scans>Manual NMAP Scan, the scan will get stuck on Manual scan in progress forever and nothing will show up in the Manual NMAP Scan Results.

This behavior is observed on the following versions:

* ISE 2.2 P14
* ISE 2.2 P15
* ISE 2.6 FCS
* ISE 2.6 P3 
* ISE 2.6 P4
