Symptom:
Peer Salvation feature is ONLY implemented for GTPv2:

Peer Salvation feature is not implemented for GTPv1 and if customer keep adding high number of GTPv1 peers then after some time  it may cause that sessmgr goes into warn/over state due function egtpc_allocate_peer_rec() as main contributor for memory utilisation.

High number of GTPv1 peers
