Symptom: Presence status of the Webex Teams user does not change from active to "In a Meeting", when making a call from the associated device. Non-working Scenario: 1. Webex Teams' user X has an associated device (Webex Teams Video Device or a desk phone). 2. User X calls from the associated device any number or another user. 3. The is answered. 4. Another User Y is observing the presence status of User 1. The presence status is not changing to "In a Meeting". It remains still active. Working call scenario: 1. User X calls from the Webex Teams application to any number or another user. 2. The call is answered. 3. Another User Y is observing the presence status of User X. The presence status is changed to "In a Meeting" with the camera overlay. Conditions: Presence status of the user does not change, when making a call from the associated device in Control Hub.
