Symptom:
SQLException -syntax error has occurred seen with Headset Inventory page in a scenario

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path Device->Headset->Headset Inventory Summary. In Headset Inventory Summary page, Besides Headset Inventory by Status section as against the model ,click on the link available under each of the section namely-- Active (Seen in the last 30 days)-Inactive (Not Seen in the last 30 days)-Unassigned (No End User association)
This yields in links mentioned in Defect summary.
Modify the content of the URL as mentioned in Defect summary.

Ideally ,irrespective of content being added to URL or removed-
1)Either,Page must reload without any change in content and page must be displayed as is
2)This Page is not yet implemented message must be displayed
3)Access to the requested resource has been denied
