Symptom:
After pxe reimage, if a remote card reloads because of fault it might fail to boot up after reload.
If the card fails to boot with the error log "OS booting has detected an error condition for 0/3/CPU0: [init(1)] /dev/mapper/main--xr--vg-install--data--disk1 ", it might be because of disk corruption after fault triggered reload.

Conditions:
After PXE reimage, failed to power up datapath of LC could result in reloading the LC ungracefully.
