Description (partial)

If a 7z file created with encrypted file names is sent through the ESA, content filters using the attachment-protected condition will generate the following error, and the filter's actions will not be taken:

scanning error (name='enc_filenames_enc_file.7z', type=compressed/7z): open error

A 7z file with encrypted file names is sent through a mail flow policy with a content filter that is checking to see if the attachment is encrypted.
